Deposit Policy:

An advance deposit will be charged by The Nautical Beachfront Resort 1st night’s room and tax.

Cancellation Policy:

Non-Holiday Reservations must cancel 3 days prior to arrival Holiday Reservations must cancel 7 days prior to arrival.

Occupancy:

Room rates are based on double occupancy with a $20 per person additional charge for three or more guest in a room. No additional charge for children under 13.

Pet Policy:

We welcome you and your furry family members in our Point Suite Building. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $50.00 for the entire stay and a pre-authorized refundable incidental deposit of $200.00 at check-in. Guests booking reservations in non-pet friendly units are subject to a $500.00 pet cleaning fee.

Daily Resort Fee:

Our daily resort fee of $19.95 includes each day: Access to our boat launch ramp, 2 bags of ice, ½ hour use of Kid Zone Water Park (May-Labor Day), access to infinity edge pool Wet, internet service, local and domestic long distance calls, and two rounds of golf without a golf cart (April–September).

Boat Parking:

Overnight, reserved boat parking in our cove comes with a cost of $50. Overnight boat parking in our boat slips and in front of our beach suites is complimentary.

Cancellation Policy: 

Reservations must be cancelled on or before 3 days prior to your arrival date to avoid forfeiture of your advance deposit. **Holiday and Event Reservations must be cancelled on or before 7 days prior to your arrival date to avoid forfeiture of advance deposit.
