The Nautical Beachfront Resort Policies

Deposit Policy

An advance deposit will be charged for your first night + tax. The charge will appear as The Nautical Beachfront Resort. Fully prepaid, non-refundable, and non-cancellable policies may apply based on booking dates. If the reservation is for a one-night stay with a planned arrival after midnight guests must be checked in before 2:30 a.m. or the deposit will be lost.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Period to Receive Deposit Refund is Permitted as Follows: 

Reservation Dates March 2023 through October 2023: Must contact the Resort seven (7) days prior to Arrival Date

Reservation Dates November 2023 through February 2024: Must contact the Resort three (3) days prior to Arrival Date

Member Rate (Private Offer Online): NON-REFUNDABLE. PAID IN FULL DEPOSIT. May request one time Arrival Date change

Holiday and Event Reservations

To receive a full deposit refund, reservations must be cancelled on or before 7 days prior to your arrival date. Our Early Turtle or Turtle Advantage promotions have a no refund, no cancellation, and no change policy.

Occupancy

Room rates are based on double occupancy. There is a maximum occupancy per room type.

Pet Policy

We welcome you and your dog or service animal to The Nautical. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $50 for your entire stay, plus a pre-authorized refundable incidental deposit of $200 at check-in. Guests booking reservations in non-pet friendly units are subject to a $500 cleaning fee.

Daily Resort Fee

Our $29 daily resort fee includes access to the WET infinity-edge pool, towels, our private boat launch ramp, boat parking in designated courtesy docks, vehicle and trailer parking, access to property events as advertised, local and 800 telephone, printing guest emails, high-speed Wi-Fi Internet, incoming and outgoing faxes and two bottles of water in room. 

Boat Parking

Overnight, reserved boat parking in our Cove is available April through October.  Rates are $75 per night Monday thru Thursday, $150 per night Friday, Saturday, Sunday; and $250 per night Holiday Weekends and Special Events.  Overnight boat parking in our boat slips on the courtesy dock and in front of our Beach Suites is complimentary on a first-come/first-served basis.
